In Microsoft Teams, teams are groups of people brought together for work, projects, or common interests.

Teams are made up of two types of channels — standard (available and visible to everyone) and private (focused, private conversations with a specific audience). Each channel is built around a topic like "Team Events," a department name, or just for fun. Channels are where you hold meetings, have conversations, and work on files together.

After the initial setup Teams works across your whole organisation for everyone or distinct groups of staff. It’s simple,integrates with your systems and improves productivity.

Often overlooked as a service that ought to just work, email is a crucial part of any business. While it’s true that hopefully your email ticks along just fine many organisations’ email is built on old and shaky foundations. Limits on message size or mailbox storage are an inconvenience you no longer have to bear. And neither is the difficulty of getting work email on your phone.
